The UNC Campus Y and The Meantime Coffee Co. have partnered with DoSomething.org to host a voter registration drive for the week of October 1-5! If you need to get registered at your current address, you can stop by The Meantime and pick up a form—if you’re registering in NC we’ll even mail it for you.
You can also grab an absentee ballot request form so you can vote in the Midterm elections coming up on November 6th. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to vote this year and beyond.
Last week we hosted a table in the Campus Y lobby with voter registration forms and information on the midterm election. We collected a total of 60 voter registration forms and 8 absentee ballot request forms, and our event was covered by The Daily Tar Heel, as well as Carolina Now. Thanks to everyone who stopped by!
